Rooms are inclusive of breakfast:
Breakfast is served at Shipley’s restaurant, located on the ground floor of the hotel.
Opening hours are 07:00am to 10:00am Monday to Friday and 7:00am to 10:30am Saturdays and Sundays.
What’s included in the breakfast? Eggs a la carte served to the table. Buffet: Scrambled eggs, bacon, potato medley, mushroom, tomato, backed beans, fried rice or noodles- cycles daily. 3x cheeses- 2x hard, 1xsoft, 2x salads- 1x green and one with carbohydrates included (cycling) , 3x sliced meats, yoghurt: low fat and vanilla, chia pots, preserved fruits x3 dried fruits, & seeds, toast: white, multi, wholemeal & raisin. Pancakes- with maple syrup & chocolate sauce. Bircha muesli, selection of cereals including high fibre options: nutri grain, all bran, wheetbix, special k, corn flakes, oatmeal & muesli– on request, selection of milk: full cream, skim, oat, lactose free, almond & soy milk, regular muffins, low fat muffins, croissants, juice- orange, apple or tropical, tea & coffee, butter, margarine, spreads & jams.
Are there gluten free options? Yes, both hot and cold including GF muesli on request as well as bread on request.
Are the veg options? (vegetarian: can consume, milk, honey & eggs) Yes, both hot and cold.

Local transport train to and from airport to city (own cost).Purchase Opal Cards on arrival in Sydney Airport.
Adult card AUD16 each way airport .Child under15 card AUD14.10 each way airport. Airport rail to city is privately own, therefore it’s not included to use this ticket again during the day. Daily train tickets are approx. $16 per adult and $8 per child to travel around Sydney. You can load extra money when you get your opal cards at the airport. Terms & Conditions:
Prices are current at the time of quotation and subject to availability at the time of booking. All quoted prices include GST. Notwithstanding the quoted price, any increases that may occur in any applicable charges such as airport charges, entry fees or product increases will be payable by you.
Group All athletes, parents & coaches are required to book on this package
Name Changes free of charge up to 5 business days prior to travel date.
Amendments
Flights: Prior to flights being ticketed (01 OCT 2023), the amendment fee of $66 Per Person + any difference in airfare is payable to change the date and/or route. Subject to availability plus any applicable fees/surcharges by airline. After Ticketing the fee is $100 airline fee, $66 amendment fee and any difference in airfare.
Hotel: Fully Refundable upto 30 Days Prior.
Deposit and Final Payment Late payment fee of $30 for each payment. Full payment can be made at anytime. The following terms apply with respect to payment for bookings: An agreed commitment fee is payable within 7 days of confirming the flights & service fee payment which a non refundable, payable as one payment. A deposit to the value of 15% or stated in the payment plan is required within 30 days of confirming the booking. The balance of any amount due must be payed no later than 45 days prior to the date of travel.
Cancellations If you are unable to proceed with your booking or change your mind, we do offer refunds and credits up to 45 Days prior minus commitment & deposit fees and any money paid over to suppliers. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee as follows: Bookings cancelled greater than 45 days prior to travel: up to 25% of the value of the booking Bookings or $165pp cancelled between 45 days prior to travel and 35 days of travel, up to 50% of the value of the booking. Bookings cancelled within 35 day of travel: up to 100% of the value of the booking. In all cases the total fee charged will not exceed the value of the booking. Unforeseen issues may occur, you may be able to claim this on Travel Insurance.
If the event you are travelling to is cancelled, this can not be claimed on travel insurance. You may have a few options: Your group can still travel on the same dates and enjoy the trip as a holiday. You may be able to change the dates of your travel as a group, subject to Terms & Condition.
