  • Expertise in medical repatriation and travel insurance. We strongly advise that you purchase travel insurance, especially if you are forced to cancel your trip and need to make a claim. Please note that travel insurance does not cover change of mind. It's important to be aware that government restrictions may impact travel and that this travel insurance policy does not cover losses resulting from border closures or travel bans. Additionally, if you fail to heed warnings from the Australian government, any resulting losses will not be covered by this policy. Please confirm that all individuals named on the policy are travelling to and from their homes. Keep in mind, that any incorrect travel documents such as passports or visas are not covered under this insurance policy. It is the responsibility of the clients to verify and comply with all necessary travel requirements.


Our Service & Booking Fees

Our fees, which include a 10% GST, are structured to offer you a variety of options.

  • All group package fees encompass flights, accommodation, attractions, transport, and/or insurance.

  • New 2025 * Special Youth Sport Team Travel Fees (please enquire via email)

  • Domestic Group Package: $125 per person (includes itinerary planning fee)

  • Trans-Tasman Group Package: $125 per person (includes itinerary planning fee)

  • International Group Packages: $250 per person (includes itinerary planning fee)

  • Complex International Packages / Full Concierge Service: Price on Application

  • Individual tickets for domestic trips or flight-only groups: $50 per person per airline

  • Individual tickets for international trips or flight-only groups: $175 per person per ticket

  • Internal International Tickets: $99 per person per ticket

  • Changes or modifications to flight incur a fee of $66 per ticket per person, plus the airline's fee

  • Cruises: $50 per person (with suppliers under a selling agreement)

  • Tours: $50 per person (with suppliers under a selling agreement)

  • Access to domestic accommodations, transfers, attractions, and/or additional products: $25 per person

  • Special Fees - Frequent Flyer Upgrades / Visa / UNMR’s : $99 per hour per person

  • Cancellation Fees: A 25% fee applies, excluding the original non-refundable service fees paid per person (this covers reversing bookings, applying for refunds from suppliers, processing refunds, and lost revenue). All service fees paid prior to cancellation are non-refundable. Please note that airline, supplier, and ticketing cancellation fees and terms apply. You may have the option to claim this through travel insurance. Refunds may take up to eight weeks.

  • To secure group reservations at the best prices, it is crucial to plan, provide estimates, and confirm bookings 12-18 months in advance.

  • Itinerary Planning

  • To initiate the planning of your international travel itinerary, we will need to discuss your preferences and plans. We'll create a preliminary itinerary that includes a meeting, either in person or by phone, lasting up to an hour. Should you opt out of the meeting and only require an email estimate, a service fee of $99 + GST will be charged for each hour of work, with a budget of approximately five hours. If you decide to move forward with the booking after receiving the quote, the estimate and quote fees will be deducted from the total. Note that repeat and referral clients are exempt from this fee.
