Our Professional Service & Fees


To secure group reservations for available and best prices, it is essential to plan, provide estimates, and confirm bookings 12-18 months in advance. A $90 fee is charged for the first 1-hour consultation. Feel free to inquire about trip planning advice or share your details to proceed with the next steps in planning or booking.

Our unique feature is booking all aspects of the process from beginning to end, including travel insurance.

Itinerary planning fee may apply
To begin planning your international travel itinerary, we'll need to discuss your plans and preferences. We will set up a preliminary itinerary that includes a meeting, either in person or via phone, that will last up to an hour. Please note that there is a service fee of $90 per 1 hour that covers the time. Repeat clients are not required to pay this fee.

If estimate and quotes for groups are within the next 12 months :
To commence work and generate an estimate, a non-refundable fee of $500 is required for new clients (equivalent to 10 hours of work). Furthermore, an additional non-refundable fee of $500 is required for a formal quote (equivalent to 10 hours of work). Should you choose to proceed from the quote to booking, the estimate and quote fees will be deducted from the total cost. Repeat clients are not required to pay this fee.

  • Expertise in medical repatriation and travel insurance. We strongly advise that you invest in travel insurance, especially if you are forced to cancel your trip and need to make a claim. Please note that travel insurance does not cover change of mind. It's important to be aware that government restrictions may impact travel and that this travel insurance policy does not cover losses resulting from border closures or travel bans. Additionally, if you fail to heed warnings from the Australian government, any resulting losses will not be covered by this policy. Please confirm that all individuals named on the policy are traveling to and from their homes in Australia. Keep in mind, that any incorrect travel documents such as passports or visas are not covered under this insurance policy. It is the responsibility of the traveler to verify and comply with all necessary travel requirements.


Our package fees are designed to provide you with a comprehensive travel experience. For each person, the package includes flights, pre and post-accommodation, transfers, and attraction fees.

  • All group packages fees listed cover flights, accommodation, attractions, transport, and/or insurance.

  • Domestic Group Package $125 per person including Itinerary planning fee

  • Trans-Tasman Group Package $125 per person including Itinerary planning fee

  • International Group Packages $250 per person including Itinerary planning fee

  • Complex International Packages / Full Concierge Service - POA

  • Cruises - No service fee (with suppliers we have a selling agreement with)

  • Tours - No service fee (with suppliers we have a selling agreement with)

  • Individual tickets for domestic trips or flight-only groups are available at $40 per person per airline

  • Amendments or any other modifications to the domestic tickets incur a $40 per ticket pp + the airline's fee

  • Access domestic accommodations, transfers, attractions, and/or additional products for only $25 per person.

  • Individual tickets for International trips or flight-only groups are available at $175 per person per ticket

  • Internal international Tickets $66 per person per ticket

  • Amendments or any other modifications including add-ons to the tickets incur a $66 per ticket pp + the supplier fees

  • Special Fees: $90 per hour per person

  • Cancellation Fees: A 25% fee applies excluding original non refundable service fees paid per person. (reversing booking, applying for refunds back from suppliers, processing refunds, lost revenue) All service fees paid before cancellation are non-refundable. Note that airline, supplier, and ticketing cancellation, fees, T&C apply. You may have provisions to claim this on Travel Insurance. Refunds can take up to 8 weeks.
